HMG India’s laboratory ovens can operate at temperature that raises upto 200°C and as you can see it is specifically designed to be rugged for laboratory requirements. As it is highly energy efficient, even continuous and constant usage will not result in high utility bills. It also comes with over-temperature and excess current protection, by which such situations are automatically controlled as they arise, thus making way for smooth operations. Its strong double-walled construction is made of stainless steel so it can be reliably used in difficult and rugged environments.

Inside is a motorized blower that helps to maintain uniformity of temperature inside the chamber. The air is blown from bottom to top as the air gets evenly circulated inside, you will find the oven to reach maximum temperature in just one and half hours after initiation. With a temperature accuracy that is ± 1° C, you can be sure of getting high quality performance, one that will be shown repeatedly time and again. With microprocessor controls in place, this equipment will perform according to set specifications, enabling you to get desired output quickly,

One of the key areas of concern with regards to a laboratory oven is if it will be able to retain the heat generated inside accurately. In our models, you can be rest assured of effective thermal insulation as they are filled with inner and outer wall gaps are fitted with insulators that keep external air outside. With an ergonomic design, it can be opened with ease and its shelves can also be removed quickly for cleaning and maintenance.
